Wedding Celebration at The Estate on Second
Glasses clinked while Sarah and Lucas got ready with their bridesmaids and groomsmen before the big reveal. With finishing touches complete, the couple met upstairs for their first look. A tap of the shoulder turned the groom around and a sweet embrace was shared between him and his bride. Compliments were exchanged, then the bridesmaids and groomsmen joined in for group photos. The photographer snapped away posing the group around the venue, then the group lined up downstairs for ceremony.
Floral peach and white arrangements marked the aisle and decorated the center Palladian window in the Crystal Ballroom. Guests arrived, signed Lucas and Sarah鈥檚 guest book, then took a seat. The music cued up and Lucas led the processional. In front of all their family and friends, the bride and groom read vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss while everyone cheered.
Mini Corn Dogs and Red Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta made their rounds to hungry guests during cocktail hour while the bar was serving up beer and wine. Everyone mixed and mingled while the newlyweds were off taking golden hour photos, and upon their return, it was time for reception.
Tables were topped with floral centerpieces and flickering candles created a romantic atmosphere. Sarah and Lucas made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at the sweetheart table for toasts. A dinner of BBQ Boneless Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Gourmet Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, and Caesar Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Lauren. While guests enjoyed dinner, friends and family shared sweet memories and toasted to the newlyweds. After dinner, the bride and groom cut into their two-tiered chocolate cake with cappuccino filling and invited their guests to enjoy a slice. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and wishing the bride and groom well.
