Vow Renewal at The Rose Center

Joshua and his groomsmen pulled up to the Rose Center in their stunner shades and began posing for the camera while Christine and her bridesmaids finished their touchups inside. The groom in navy and his groomsmen in charcoal paraded around the venue and stopped on a grassy hill in the shade where Joshua would have his first look with his bride. Christine, in a beautiful, lace wedding dress, made her way outside followed by her bridesmaids in different shades of pink and blue each holding a bouquet of pink, rust and white flowers. As Christine approached Joshua, he turned around to see his gorgeous bride. The bride and groom exchanged loving words while their closest friends watched in awe, then the group headed over to the ceremony space.

Guests entered the courtyard, signed Christine and Joshua鈥檚 guest book, then took a seat. On the stage, two gold pillars stood decorated in pink flowers and the same flowers were arranged in bouquets at the back of the aisle. Once everyone had arrived, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with the bride. At the head of the aisle, Christine and Joshua read handwritten vows, broke bread, exchanged rings, and were pronounced husband and wife. Family and friends stood and cheered as the newlyweds exited the ceremony into cocktail hour.

A Cheese Tray with an assortment of sliced brie, gouda, smoked gouda, port wine & sage derby, pepper jack, havarti, and mustard seed ale with crackers, and a Crudite & Homemade Chip Station with vegetable crudite and homemade kettle and sweet potato chips served with buttermilk ranch and onion dip were on display for guests to enjoy while they sipped on refreshing beverages. Meanwhile, the newlyweds escaped the crowd and headed to a nearby parking structure rooftop to take golden hour photos. The bride and groom wandered around with their photographer capturing all the precious moments before returning to their guests to begin the reception.

A wooden seating chart helped guests find their assigned tables in the courtyard. Long tables draped in white linen and topped with tall candles and dried flowers filled the space. The bridesmaids and groomsmen made quite a grand entrance, but nothing could beat Joshua and Christine鈥檚 entrance and first dance. Everyone stood and watched the lovebirds sway side to side and clapped as they took a seat at their sweetheart table on the stage. The dinner buffet opened and displayed delicious Sliced Beef Brisket, St. Louis Ribs, a Mac and Cheese Station, Creamed Corn, and Caesar Salad. The menu was selected by the bride and groom during their planning process with our Event Specialist, Casey. Plates were filled, then toasts were made. Laughter and happy tears were shared as cups were raised to the newlyweds. A quick outfit change was made, then the cake was cut and dessert was served to guests. After everyone had eaten their fill, guests hit the dance floor. Dance battles were had and well wishes were given to the bride and groom before the evening came to an end.
