Fall Inspired Serra Plaza Wedding Reception
Paige and her bridesmaids got ready inside the Bridal Suite at Serra Plaza, then headed over to Mission San Juan Capistrano for the first look and group photos. Nick was waiting with his back facing Paige, and with a tap on the shoulder, he turned around. Smiles instantly filled both their faces and personalized vows were exchanged. After the intimate moment, the couple posed for pictures with their wedding party and headed to the Mission. Basilica for their ceremony.
After witnessing Paige and Nick tie the knot, guests made their way to Serra Plaza for cocktail hour. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed while guests mixed and mingled. Kentucky Mule and Pineapple Ranch Water signature drinks paired well with the small bites, and before long, guests were invited to take a seat for reception.
In the Courtyard, tables were topped with fall-inspired floral centerpieces with matching arrangements decorating the Spanish fountain. Paige and Nick made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their head table. Pear and Walnut Salad was served first, followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Chicken Santorini with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. Family and friends shared toasts, then the newlyweds invited everyone to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended with lots of dancing and a fun streamer exit.
